Willow Tree Tea -March
Along the Gulf Coast, March never quite decides what it wants to be.
One morning begins with cool air and quiet skies, and by afternoon the beaches are alive again — cars lining the roads, laughter drifting from the shoreline, and visitors arriving in waves as spring break season settles in. Our little corner of home suddenly feels busier, louder, and faster.
Willow Tree Tea — February
The Busiest Little Month
February is a full month around here.
It arrives already moving—crowded with color, sound, and plans. There’s the Super Bowl, where living rooms fill and rivalries become friendly rituals. Then Mardi Gras rolls in with beads and parades, music and balls, and a calendar that suddenly feels packed before we even catch our breath.
It’s joyful. It’s festive.
And it’s a lot.
January’s Rearview Revelations: Looking Forward with Intention
“January invites us to slow down and look forward with intention. When we release anger, use silence wisely, and lead with kindness, we make room for a gentler — and healthier — way ahead.”
November, Time to breathe
There’s a kind of gratitude that isn’t loud or decorated or posted online. It doesn’t need a centerpiece or a perfectly set table. It lives in the quiet moments when your breath deepens and your shoulders soften, and you realize you’re allowed to be here. You’re allowed to rest. You’re allowed to take care of yourself before everything else.
And maybe that’s real gratitude:
The awareness that your life is your own.
Your health is your own.
Your body is not an afterthought.
It carries you through every season, every change, every chapter.
And it deserves to be listened to.
A note from my table for October
This month’s Willow Tree Tea reminds us that change is natural and healing can be seasonal. From pumpkins in the grass to self-care in our routines, October invites us to slow down and listen.
Willow Tree Tea - Time for yourself
