At Gulf Islands Medical Imaging, we believe early detection should never feel out of reach.
If cost is a concern, you are not alone — and we offer several supportive options.

Keeping Abreast Foundation Assistance

We are honored to partner with the Keeping Abreast Foundation to help qualifying women receive financial assistance for an ABUS screening.

Applications are submitted directly to Gulf Islands Medical Imaging and are reviewed confidentially by our team using Foundation eligibility guidelines.
The Foundation does not receive personal patient health or financial information.

If approved, Gulf Islands Medical Imaging will coordinate your screening and handle billing directly with the Foundation.

How to Apply

  2. Return it to our office using one of the options below

  3. Our team will contact you within 2–3 business days

Monthly AutoPay Plans (Up to 8 Months)

For patients who prefer to break the cost into smaller monthly payments, we offer flexible AutoPay options. No application is required. Payment plans can be set up securely through our patient portal or in the office on the day of your visit by placing a card on file for automatic monthly payments.

Pre-Pay Over Time

Some patients choose to pay gradually throughout the year, so nothing is due on the day of the exam.
